Windows 10 Business is one of the most widely used operating systems in the world and comes with a wealth of features for every business, it's the perfect opportunity to get up and running with everything you need.

Business and Business Premium licences both include the desktop versions of the apps.
Business Premium and Business Basic licences both come with email hosting of 50 GB mailbox and also allow you to use your own custom domain for a personalised email address.
If you're a user that requires the desktop versions of the application and email services, then Business Premium is the licence that offers this.
Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the Microsoft Portal where you can manage everything.
If your licence contains the desktop versions, you will initially need Internet connectivity to install them, but afterwards you will be able to use applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint while offline. However, it is recommended to stay connected to be sure you have the latest versions of each application and access to your OneDrive cloud storage. Web and mobile versions of the apps require an Internet connection.
Microsoft 365 Business Premium uses Exchange Online Protection to guard against spam, malware and all currently known threats. It offers over 1,000 security and privacy controls. It also meets international, regional and industry-specific standards and terms. You can also create password policies requiring users to change their passwords after a certain amount of days.
You can save all your files on your desktop or in the OneDrive storage that is included in the Microsoft 365 subscription.
Microsoft 365 works on Windows and MacOS operating systems. Web versions of the apps work with most modern web browsers. Mobile versions are supported on Android and iOS devices.
Windows 7, first released in 2009 and now considered an obsolete operating system, will stop being supported by Microsoft as of January 1th 2020. What that means is you will no longer receive any new security updates or patches for vunerable parts of the operating system. It is highly recommended for serious businesses to have a secure and modern operating systems that cannot be easily compromised.
