What do I have to do if the transfer to EuroDNS failed ?

There can be a few different reasons why a domain transfer can fail or be canceled.

Principally conatct the current domain Providor/Registar a soon as possible, to find out more about the reasons for the failure.

Should the transfer fail in our system, you will automatically receive a notification via e-mail.

Being aware of the failure reason, you can initiate a new transfer order through your account EuroDNS.
