Where can I get a refund?

Using your credit account menu you can either decide to use your credit to buy/renew domains or to start a refund procedure that gives you the money back.
To start such a refund, please access your account and enter your "Credit Account" and select "Request a refund of your credit".
You can choose to recredit the total amount or a part of your credit following the conditions published on http://www.eurodns.com/info/payment/index.php

The money will automatically credited back over your credit card. On your next Credit Card listing you will the refund listed.
The credit card transaction amount returns into the related bank account
